We are pleased to announce that our client, Antmed Malaysia Sdn Bhd, has successfully completed the acquisition of approximately 53 acres of freehold industrial land at Bandar Springhill Industrial Park, Negeri Sembilan, for a total consideration of RM80.8 million. We provided end-to-end transaction support, assisting the client in achieving a key milestone in the development of its manufacturing operations in Malaysia.
