His extensive experience in advising family offices, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders of listed and unlisted companies provides invaluable insights for Chinese clients looking to structure their wealth and expand their businesses internationally.

Prior to joining Woon Wee Yuen & Partners, Wong held key roles in both legal and corporate settings, including serving as General Counsel for a Japan-listed oil services company, Japan Drilling, and as Group Legal Counsel for SembCorp Industries, a Singapore mainboard-listed GLC. He has co-founded a consulting company in Singapore, advising Japanese, Hong Kong, and Chinese clients on Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs), wealth management, business expansion, and immigration strategies across ASEAN.

His multi-jurisdictional experience includes leading the Japan Practice at a large regional law firm with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and China, where he provided corporate and capital markets advice, particularly relevant to clients navigating the intricacies of cross-border investments and business expansion in Asia.
